Today's plan

Only when needed

Not part of the daily routine. Record a dose so the family can see it was given.

    Full-day chart & settings

    Worth confirming with the doctor
    • From the visit of 13 Oct (Max Saket): review with the urine culture report, and KFT (kidney test) every 10–15 days.
    • Plan for bilateral silicone DJ stent after mid-December (urology).
    • Urology review for a further antibiotic course / colostomy decision (GI note).
    • Blood thinner to be decided by cardiology — Ecosprin, Clopidogrel and Fragmin continue till then; report black stools or unusual bruising promptly.
    • Check blood sugar before each meal and give Fiasp from the sliding scale; keep the sugar chart. Plenty of fluids.
    • Soliten is kept as-needed: only if Mirbeg-S seems less effective, as the urologist advised.
